We’re John & Joni, portrait and headshot photographers in Atlanta, specializing in headshots for actors and business professionals.
At Edge Portraiture, our goal is to create images that capture the client’s unique qualities that can attract business and casting professionals.
We offer both in studio and on location photoshoots in the Atlanta metropolitan area, including Loganville, Snellville, Grayson, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, and Conyers. Our studio is located in Loganville (Gwinnett County) where we provide multiple options for both natural and studio headshots.
At Edge Portraiture, we create clean, modern, confident, yet approachable images that represent our clients at their very best. Our professional headshot session includes expression coaching to ensure we capture your individual style and personality. Throughout the session we will coach you to make adjustments so each photo reveals the client’s perfect look.

Atlanta Headshot Pricing
1 Professional Headshot - $150 for one digital image, one outfit, one light setup on one background. In studio or outside.
3 Professional Headshots - $250 for three digital images, one outfit change and one background change. Can be shot in studio or outside or a combination of both.
5 Professional Headshots - $350 for five digital images, up to two outfit changes, more background changes available. Can be shot in studio or outside or a combination of both.
Additional images can be purchased for an additional fee.
The Process - How it works
Picking a Date and Time
Contact us via phone/ text at 678-656-5590 or email at info@edgeportraiture.com. You can also use our contact form and we’ll find a date and time that work for you.
Prior to the Photoshoot
For remote workers, we can customize the shoot to match the requirements of your company, matching the style and setting of your colleagues’ photos. If you don’t have any requirements, just share with us what style you’re looking for and will work with you to achieve that goal. If you are unsure what you’d like, we encourage you to look through the images on our website to find one that will work for you.
The Day of Your Photoshoot
On the day of your shoot, you can either style your hair and apply makeup prior to arriving, or, if you wish to have your makeup done by a professional, please contact us prior to your headshot and we’ll help you make arrangements for a professional stylist to work with you. Please make sure that your wardrobe for your shoot is clean and pressed.
When you arrive at our in-home studio, we will introduce ourselves and spend a few minutes getting to know you and explore what you need captured in a headshot.
During the shoot, we keep it light and fun to get the best expressions. It’s a painless process and it’s over in about 15 minutes, or a bit longer for the bigger packages.
Once we’re done shooting your headshot, you’re free to go. Typically, within 24 hours we’ll send you a gallery of the best images from your session. From there, you select the image(s) that best show your uniqueness and we’ll email all you’ve selected.
